Optimalization Production Schedule

Based on a known production plan (preparation for operation) or energy consumption, SKEI algorithms suggest the optimum combination of work points in production facilities to follow the desired production plan at the lowest cost possible respecting any technological limitations. An example of this can be a draft work output for specific boilers, turbo generators, and compressors and similar with various efficiency curves and various fuel modes.

Planning processes can be fully automated only in rare cases. Even the most complex algorithms and prediction systems are not able to cover all the requirements, and this is the case in operative planning in particular, giving directs outputs for the production. SKEI system allows expert users to manually modify a recommended plan in a flexible way. Flexible user interface, possibility to generate multiple study plans and their comparisons provide a powerful support for expert users responsible for final preparations of the production plan. Feed back from a planned process is one of the essential components of planning process improvement. SKEI allows direct comparisons of planned and actual progressions in all the quantities. A comparison can be presented both in tables and charts.
